They will have to come up with their own logistics solution and not expect to congest the export route which is prepared by AVZ and invested in to be able to transport it's product. The Road export/ferry crossing is a bottleneck situation, which AVZ runs to maximum capacity. And Tantalex's mining operation should not negatively effect AVZ's operation.

So has Tantalex been in contact with AVZ/DRC regarding their intentions?

I can't see AVZ tolerating to have tantalex resources running riot in a pit where AVZ will be blasting, gathering the exposed ore and processing it.
