I have read all the announcements but can't seem to reconcileTailings production of 5,000 mtu/mth.
Announcement dated 17 June 2011.
Capex 4.4Mil (Currently under budget)
Projected Life 2 Years (Tailings)
Anticipated Revenue $5 Mil to 9 Mil Year.
Announcement dated 22 Feb 2011.
Tailings, Production 50t Mth EBITDA $5Mil Yr Capex $4Mil Mine Life 2 Years Start up 2011.
Here are the number numbers.
Ore (Tonnes) 2,000,000
WO3 (Grade) 0.11%
WO3 (Tonnes) 2,200
Recovery 30%
WO3 (mtu) 66,000
Production 2,750 / month NOT 5,000
Price mtu (55% concentrate), say $300/mtu, but prices falling! Using these assumptions and 2 year life you get:
Annual Revenue $9,900,000
Production $4,000,000
Head Office $1,000,000
EBITDA $4,900,000
Production seems to be lower than 5,000/mth due to the recovery but still seems to make around $9m in revenue p.a. Any ideas on costs? I have assumed about $4m for the Tailings project direct costs and head office. Thoughts?
