Good find. That article is from May this year - I assume the tender in this example would have been awarded by now given the article said end of May and construction seems to have started on the park itself (https://www.taipeitimes.com/News/biz/archives/2022/08/08/2003783141).
Unlikely we got a slice of it I'm guessing? I had a quick search but didn't turn up much, but don't quite know where to look, nor in mandarin!
Seems there have been a few water treatment facilities in operation in related 'chip parks' since 2016 and they're keen to continue improving them and reducing original water use. eg. https://aecom.com/projects/kaohsiung-linhai-wastewater-treatment-plant/
