Welcome to the history of the world, Mr potato head.
It's not just "anglo whites" as you say, but every race, religion and nation that's been involved in wars, and as you say "behaving badly like a bully, a thug and a terrorist".

The Chinese dynasties are no different. Let me remind you of Qing's conquest of Taiwan and of its aboriginal people. Likewise the recent annexation of Tibet only 70 years which is still "Chinese" today.

Also the various Chinese dynasties over time invaded and annexed the different provinces and regions that we call one "China" today. This uniformity or uniformisation of China should be evident to you today because a single authority has stamped their brand of "communist" rule along with the Mandarin language to ever nook and cranny of the nation. And just you look at the racially homogeneity of China being > 90% Han ethnicity.

So don't give us that moral high ground about the "West" (which is where you live btw) because China is really no different to Europeans, Asians, Arabs or other nations that had/have/held power.
