I'm no expert, but in all seriousness, can we all just take a chill pill. I think a few are being a little dramatic.
In simple terms, the company has raised $60M in the US. Yes the price $2.30 AU, but lets not forget the market cap of MSB is $1.2billion, $60m is nothing and should not have a material impact on the share price regardless if it is trading $1.20 less than Ozzie price. A market with 30m shares can't possibly have the influence over a market of 340m shares.
What will impact the market on Monday, possibly, is all the panic merchants selling out and driving the price down.
relax, the fundamentals are still there.
I do however think the company has done a poor job of explaining the justification for listing on NASDAQ. I held a stock UNS, which was doing well until it traded on the NASDAQ. Exposure to a bigger market is not always a positive thing.
