I don't think when it re-opens on Monday (we don't have confirmation atm that it will) that it will be opening in line with MESO but it will definitely come off. Interesting to see if there are more SHORTERS coming in or people selling in response. Conversely existing SHORTERS might try to buy back (currently 7.5% short - this will obviously reduce by the new number of shares issued).
I believe in the stock long-term so am not glad to see this and would have expected a little bit better communication from management (admittedly there are some issues in making statements relating to US securities) but LT I still think it has a decent probability of success.
