Transfer pricing is definitely illegal in Australia and most of the countries aroung the world. I dont think ASIC would allow such practice and ATO would say no to this. IO is sold as a raw material and any transfer pricing would be easily be detectable by any auditor. Speak to any accountant / tax lawyer and they will tell you that transefer pricing is not legal.
