1. SDL has 1 offer to date
2. SDL has only ever received 1 offer of any sorts ever
3. SDL to date has no counter or JV proposal
4. SDL has no conventions passed into legislation
5. SDL may or may not receive a counter pre the Vote on the Hanlong offer

If it doesnt receive any other offer no other global major will see the value in acquiring the company for greater than 45c.

It will need then to raise $5b if it were to go it alone, with a shareprice smashed...

Matt will play bluff with Hanlong for an extra cent or two over next 12 months....Bwahaahahah
