Not having a go at you,just having a different opinion on a couple of things.
Sundance in the past have said that they have been in talks with others,others offers were not as good as Hanlong,or words to that affect. The statement was not in an official ASX announcement,but in other types of reports/interviews.

We do not know if Sundance Resources are discussing a counter or JV offer, or do you know for sure that is the case that they are not in talks?
