We dont know about the past but my understning nothing concrete arrived.
I for one hope there are other parties willing to lob in a counter bid to Hanlong
I do know that so far no other offers have emerged....
We sit and wait....if there is interest they will arrive nov/dec pre vote.
If not by vote time....unfort the interest has no materialised
