And yes, If GJ doesn't commit to the company objective of building a top ten IO producer for all the owners , as sold to investors in presentation after presentation, he should resign before the owners replace him.
As top companies do not change the company objective to suit under performing personnel or board members.
Top companies change the staff and board members to ensure the objective is reached.
IMO,Failure of the board to act is not showing due care and attention to the owners assets.
