Market more healthy to allow gradual re-rating over days, weeks and hence bigger players prepared to scoop up Daytraders exiting after initial announcement.

Once daytraders and very short termers volumes swallowed up by bigger players should move up in similar fashion to RXL. NRT another case in point - 2 days after announcement has just risen 200% on nasdaq overnight.

Short term trading much more in vogue with healthier market than day trading.
