Thanks to those who answered, and those who didn't. As I can see, there's basically a lot of punts going on here.

The issue here is the legacy of this stock, dirty registry. If this stock manages to hit its goals then it will be a hard grind to the top unless it finds a specifically interested big fish (or two) to start buying up. Currently, the large number of stale holders who, it appears, still believe in an out at a higher SP are still waiting to sell.

This is the issue here, not necessarily the company financial performance which appears to be heading in a good direction a decent clip.
