The valuing of a business at 6 times turnover is only a guide for companies without a clear picture of value.
AHZ Valuation:
FY16 = $14M turnover
June 2016 valuation = $84M
FY17 = $21M Turnover
June 2017 valuation = $126M
If AHZ does $25M = $15oM
ADMEDUS has maintained 33.5c the last 12 months giving an average valuation of 84M. If you follow the same principle for FY18 ADMEDUS should maintain a valuation of 6 times turnover 21M multiplied by 6 = $126M valuation. When the numbers come out the market will correct itself, that's a 50c SP, without any extras, eg: new contracts and announcements with blue sky.
