I asked Wayne about why they manufacture in Australia a while ago and this was his response:
Currently tissue manufacturing is done in Australia using Australian beef as most markets will only accept Australian beef due to mad cow disease concerns for beef from other regions. All companies in our space use Australian beef globally.
