Just suspect about how concerned a substantial Share holder would be with the production failure rate of 70% if the substantial was supplying, more failure, more bovine needed. Healthy skepticism, nothing more....should have been more of it a few years ago, as we now know thanks to WP's comments which, as far as I am aware, is the first time that the Coy has acknowledged how close they were sailing to the wind...not that you'd know it from the fanatical upbeat HC posts at the time.
