WP said that ADMEDUS will have 50% of the tissue market by 20/20 in the field that we are in.
Now Let's Have A Closer Look, At the end of the financial year 2017 to the financial year, 2020 is three years or thirty-six months or twelve quarters. This is where Matthew Ratty (Boy genius) and my friend Nicko come into play, go to Ratty's picture on the ADMEDUS web page and you will see him grinning from cheek to cheek because if we the shareholders knew what Ratty knows all shareholders would be grinning just the same.
Now, this is where WP comes into play, keep in mind corporate law, this comes into play if the CEO is misleading the shareholders, this is a serious law. My point is that WP said that Scotty (Scott Bliss) had made ten times his wage, at the time I thought that was a bit low, then at the webinar, WP stated it was 25 times his wage, I still thought it was low.
But then I had to check my hearing, at the end of the webinar WP said something along the lines of Scotty making 1000 times his wage. Now please forgive me for saying this but even if he had said this as a joke or as a figure of speech I hold WP liable for what he has led me to believe. So has he misled me?
Let's have a closer look, So let's say Scotty's pay is AUS $250,000
x10 = AUS $2,500,000M
x25 = AUS $6,250.000
X1,000 =AUS $250,000,000
So before I can sue the company or CEO for misleading shareholders, I have to prove that he has misled us. Now I can calculate the 50% tissue market ADMEDUS is in. Now with Baxter out of the market, I don't think we will have a problem getting 75% of the VasculCel patch market. I'm having a guess it is worth about US $250,000,000 a year now the other CardioCel range, let's say US $500,000,000 and for the 3D Curved Patch US $250,000,000 lol. Remember ADMEDUS has 100% of the 3D Curved Patch market. Now let's say ADMEDUS is in three fields that total US one billion dollars, that means by 20/20 at 50% market share equals US $500,000,000. That's just great, that means ADMEDUS is going to have a turnover of US $500,000,000 by 20/20. That means that Scotty made more than 1000 times his wage, WP was right. So what does this mean without even bringing out the (TAVR) market which is worth 2.5B rising to 5B+?
It means that ADMEDUS is going to have a turnover of no less than $500,000,000 by 20/20. It could even be in the billion dollar turnover. So how is ADMEDUS going to do this?
But these are the projections that WP gave to the market and has 2017 to 2020 to do it in, three years.
Now back to corporate law, if WP was asked the right question he would have to admit if it is correct, so what is the right question?
Now, this is the problem under corporate law, if I was to phone WP or JC with what I am saying I could put not only WP or JC in trouble but ADMEDUS as well.
The right question is WP your projections for 50% of market share in the fields that we are in by 20/20 has given me a mathematical figure of hundreds of millions of dollars turnover by the year 20/20. Is this correct?
