WP has taken control of ADMEDUS and gone straight for REGENT and settled the court case to give ADMEDUS 100% of IP. Then releasing the expansion of the CardioCel range to derisk the ADAPT platform then merging Edwards and Medtronic to allow both companies to use our ADAPT tissue so we can control 100% of the TAVR market by not only introducing the best tissue but also the latest and best TAVR device. On its own right, this would be a goliath of a deal but we are talking about WP here. So let me go a little bit further, the agreement will also stipulate that ADMEDUS could use both companies supply lines to expand its CardioCel range.
ADMEDUS is going to grow a lot faster than what the numbers have been showing. How much value does it add to ADMEDUS? A hell of a lot more than what it's market cap is now.
