I don't know the 'formula' for COR1 I guess you would have to look up the patent.

We can't be sure that the final results will be better than the interim results. I guess it's 50/50. They are what they are. The company can't fudge them to ensure the final figure beats the interim figure!

If you're asking, is COR1 currently looking like a cure for HSV2, then no it isn't.
I think this point is not realised by a lot of posters!
COR1 is simply making the infected partner less likely to pass the virus onto someone else.
(However further down the clinical trial track ...perhaps higher dose rates, over time, could have this effect - as indeed they did in a very early mouse study).
