Excellent post Frank (and a rare one).
This is exactly my presumption as well - that basically there would be complete consistency across the two groups (which means the first group hasn't been measured any longer or had extra boosters than the first group). Therefore, the final results for the 36 participants should roughly match the interim results from the first group of 20 (after allowing for the fact that with only 20 people in the first group (and 5 of those on placebo) that the interim result of 58% is probably a bit lumpy).
You're one of the few posters that seems to have a good handle on this trial...!
