Market wants to see clear direction on all aspects of the company. Vax, Regen and Medical devices. Good start would be splitting off the Vax (somehow, even if write down) and go from there. Partnerships for CC IP or wholesale sell out to another, larger co also.
Time to start looking at the big picture and see it how the market sees it: Restructure the business, create distinct entities that are easily digestible.
