Here's the thing: I don't think the company SHOULD be broken up now. I want to hear the reasons as to why it shouldn't, future directions, funding, what we're currently spending on the Vax program, and future expected expenses and I want it all laid bare in an official announcement, written down, by the company. Not in a webinar.
Then, with all the facts, we can make an informed decision.
