Wondered the same thing.
I'm not sure for what portion of the March quarter staff numbers were at "critical mass". (Ie: what proportion of actual costs were staff that were undergoing training, but not yet contributing to revenue).

If we get a significant improvement on flat staff costs that we'll be setting up nicely for massive increases in operating profit - and a nice trend in the right direction.

Imagine if we do $2.25 (50% on last Q) in Adapt this quarter, and then each rep has a 25%-50% increase in their sales in the following quarter (possible coming off the lowest base.

Significant operating margin is about to begin.
