They would want to have, otherwise they will be starting the financial year without a budget/targets. You can't wait until June 30th and magically go here's the budget.
There is process in business, Management develop next years budget prior to year end and the Board sign it off. It may have not been signed off by the Board yet but Management would have at least 95% agreed the numbers.
I would suggest the Board will meet prior to year end to sign it off, once this is done it would be good to see the numbers
