Im guessing there are a lot of great ideas that suck up a lot of money from Government, Instos, and us little guys, yet the world is littered with lots that dont make it for one reason or another.
Being an Aussie company used to be enough not to be accepted. I see a number of property developments that all started well but now lay idle and victim of the elements and vandals. Less complicated than our endeavour. So much to comply with, so much to develop from scratch, no blue prints to copy off here.
I am as frustrated as anyone, actually probably more so, as Ive been in forever and heard all the bs.
