Cav, maybe KAB are drawing the boxes like a “to do list” as distinct from ticking them. As you say it has nothing completed and a lot to complete in the next 3-6 months.

Maybe that’s what a lot of posters are trying to convey of late, so make sure KAB does tick the boxes when they say they will. That might be your best guide to what’s unfolding.

Personally I found I needed a matrix not a box when assessing progress on CCC, as it was never as simple as just ticking a box.
