    The finance facility is not a reality is it santoo? I know the announcement was headed:

    "Kaboko locks in US$10m Debt Funding and Offtake with Noble"

    But the quarterly says need to finalise debt facility before drilling. That doesn't sound very "locked in".

    The question now is, will Noble given them $5.5m before they do any drilling?
