later in P3 trial stages or even after RA, we
will have a much better bargaining position
with BP; but by all means if we can gain a
really favourable agreement anytime between
now and then, whether it is for MPS or OA,
go for it.

Unless there is an unexpected catalyst to boost
the share price in the next 6-12 months, IMO,
PAR are going to find it very difficult to CR or
sign a lucrative agreement with BP. If share
markets turn nasty, PAR management will be
”between a rock and a hard place.” This will
put enormous pressure on them to water
down terms with BP.
