I listened to the webcast this morning and it all sounded good. I took particular note of a question near the end asking if any capital raisings planned and the answer was no.
I was horrified to see what happened to the share price today. I have some MOF shares and they have been in free fall as well like GMG for no particular reason.
Clearly they must be all thinking that every real estate company in the world is going out of business. Not likely. It's all sentiment at the moment. Bad sentiment.
