Take a good look at sun before you buy.
I live in Qld and I can tell you its not a good play to be in the insurance game.
We have subtropical weather down south here,and tropical weather in the north.
We get and recieve floods near every wet season and Qld is well known for its cyclonic activity.
Both are unwanted by any insurer.The other side to suncorp is the banking sector,this seems fairly well intact.
Please dont take this as a downramp,just giving a balanced opinion to all.
I like to make money and love seeing others prosper also.
I hope you make a fortune out of it,but not sure if you will.
