I have just re-read ems germany announcement. It says ems has a 40% stakein it, emsplc (ems owns 47%) also has 40% stake also and the german company a 20% stake. The joint venture company (germany companies) + grants will provide 30 million dollars start up capital. So lets think about this for a second, these germans are providing 30 million for a 20% stake in ems's tech. What does that tell you??? who pays 30 million dollars which is EMS's market cap in australia,for a company that they will only have 20% control over??? Some one else is very impressed with ems's tech. Do yourself a favour and re read it.
