FBR’s technology is proven—and the global demand is obvious.
Wildfires in California
Flooding in Florida
Labor shortages in housing markets worldwide
FBR’s current market cap is around $20 million. If that doesn’t raise a red flag, then perhaps we’re not looking closely enough.
Have we truly exhausted all financing options?
Who exactly was approached?
If this technology were presented to other investors or strategic partners, is it not possible we could have secured a better deal than what’s currently on the table with Fidelity?
There are serious issues and concerns here. Who is going to vote yes for these resolutions? And what’s the urgency here? Why the rush to push this through?
There are serious questions to be asked—especially considering that Fidelity, a company many trust to manage their 401(k)s, is now involved in a transaction that directly impacts retail investors on the other side. Are senior decision-makers at Fidelity even aware of how this deal appears from the outside? I suspect not.
It may be time to request a direct conversation with senior Fidelity management. If they’re managing your retirement savings on one end, and participating in a deal that could severely impact your investments on the other, that raises legitimate compliance and ethical concerns.
Hadrian X is built for moments like these. And yet, when it came time to raise capital, FBR:
Offered exclusive access to just one buyer (Fidelity)
Gave no opportunity to retail shareholders
Provided no disclosure of the deal terms
This isn’t just disappointing—it raises governance red flags.
➤ Were other strategic investors contacted at all?
➤ Was there a competitive process?
➤ What rights or influence did Fidelity receive in return?Retail shareholders are not asking for favors. We’re asking for fairness.
❌ Vote NO on the May 6 resolutions until there is full transparency.
️ Let’s protect shareholder rights and the potential of this technology.
