    This is not correct. I am all for voting no to show FBR they cannot just raise again easily without shareholder approval, however there is no conspiracy with Fidelity.

    Fidelity have always been a long term shareholder of FBR, they have for a long time held about 10% of the company.

    The capital raise was open to all sophisticated and institutional investors Bell Potter contacted.

    Fidelity took 10% of the capital raise to maintain their proportional shareholding.

    They are supporting FBR. they did it at 1c, the share price is now 0.6c.
