    Hi Spook, thanks for the info. Here is the problem I have. Once this vote goes through, the amount of shares goes up again. No consideration for the retail investor. If approved, the 15% cap gets raised. Why is that important. That is like an inflation rate. Every time more shares are issued, you get furhter diluted. If it gets approved this time, you will never catch up. You will get diluted into eternity.

    In addition, what is so confidential about the terms that Fidelity received. The problem is, there could have been other financing options, but there is nothing else to compare it to. So in essence, what protection does the small investor have?
