    1/ There were several offers received in Feb, SINOPEC was chosen. I also recall many back then saying nonone is going to pay more that $400M for a JV. They were proven wrong my a large margin.

    2/ If you go back and read the China/FIRB article, they actual mention they are talking about mid tier iron ore mining companies.
