    IMO fer are in a way worse position than plt.Sh I do not understand why your directors were against the merger.
    Keep in mind that the fiasco with Virginia is still not over and that is bleeding them dry ( via legal costs) and on top of this they are a long way from commercialisation their one and only product
    good luck fer holders.
    Any opinions?
