How's your day been @Margaret63 - have you had a bit of a rest and is the bruising improving?
Part of falling or slipping is the fright you get and then there is all this - what if stuff that goes through your mind.
It's what happened to me anyhow and living alone you may have thought much the same.

Manly is a great place and they park the car undercover and then use public transport everywhere. Walk to Shelleys beach
for coffee or the ferry or bus.
A couple of years they have even done 2 trips a year to stay at Manly.
They usually take a couple of days to get there because although Sis has a license she has never driven.
There are so many in Melbourne keen for a holiday. It really hasn't been the best 2 years for many.
Getting stopped half way through reno for some hasn't helped.
