@big e - I only ever did one trip to the U.S.A. - in order to visit an old workmate of mine - he is very slim and very fit; also owns guns - in the house and a revolver and normal gun in the car, but he then worked for the local Sheriff's Office and told me stories about drug smugglers etc. which made my hair stand on end - he didn't like the local Injuns, once they got into drugs - apparently very cruel. But that was one man's opinion, of course. But we did see some fatties - huge like you never see them anywhere else in the world - unbelievable. and my friend would comment: 'Did you see those droplets walking past?'
but food servings at restaurants were huge -
