That's tough for you, Marg. If the heat was just spasmodic it would be more tolerable for you. We need our sleep. Most mornings here I need to reach, in the early morning, for my second woollen blanket as the coolness awakens me. Then I fall asleep once more, for additional hours. Last summer and this one have both been very mild. Sleep upstairs and no need to sleep in my cooler room downstairs. Other summers, upstairs was too hot for comfortable sleeping....
