Brivis do evaporative Aircon so I'm guessing that is what you have, they are fine in areas that are not too hot and not humid like Melbourne.
I paid extra to have climate control in each room, off I have it set at 22 degrees so aircon switches off when it gets down to that and switch on when it gets up to about 22.6 degrees. I find that very comfortable, particularly for sleeping. 2 bedrooms not being used the aircon is switched but will be handy to set a ideal temp in my son's old room which will become new grandsons room![]()
