yes. How about placing palms on to floor, well my knees were not completely straight but near enough.

The sun is shining today and despite needing wool jumper in morning, had to return home for cotton t shirt.

I was once mistakenly diagnosed as having lupus...
even attended lupus support group..glad dr was wrong.
although I did suffer pain.......
