    I have now finished reading "Too Much and Never Enough" by Mary Trump. Gave me the type of insight I'd expected.

    Have had a crown installed in my mouth replacing temporary this am so need a few hours of respite... and today it's 33 which requires overhead fan but not yet aircon downstairs, upstairs not worth inhabiting....
