    In 2021, the world operating coal fleet grew by 18.2 GW, which is roughly equivalent to 94 nuclear plants so not going backwards by any means

    Sorry LP the simple fact is world power demands are growing all the time and coal is the cheapest available usually, so all other countries can see the writing on the wall --- drop coal and go broke -- simple equation

    Look at Germany the previous rich, big country of Europe

    They closed their coal, they closed their uranium due to the green lobby and now are literally going bust with their industrial base moving to other countries

    Economics / money will trump any green card you play
