Just been down the Butcher @cowcockie .... Whats with all the price gouging Lol. The whole rib fillet i normally buy is up to 39.99/kg from 28.99/kg I has to settle for an Ebony whole rump, 6kg, they come ready trimmed really apart from the first and last cut, 19.99kg though, whole, uncut. You must be making a fortune at the moment Lol. Moo. Got to sharpen my steak knife now though, haven't cut a rump for a while, sharper knifer will help.
Had some nice corned silverside over the weekend, had to break out the thermometer for internal temp, i over cooked it to 81c, 68c is regulation cooked temp for beef silverside.
