Are you suggesting it's migrants and foreign buyers that are to blame for rising property prices ?
Doesn't seem to be the case where I am, it's younger couples buying and moving into houses around here.
We are having another resources boom, mining companies are paying big bucks to attract workers and they are the ones buying property
