Well, you can't have small gov, efficient gov, honest gov and hard working gov with heaps of regulations. I doubt you'll ever get an efficient government, maybe in parts you might but never as a whole imo, i think honest government could be possible but they'll fight like hell to stop that happening, the only way to create an honest government is with blockchain tech, probably the only way to create anything honest, one has to eliminate the points of trust to make things honest because currently humans control the points of trust and thus will be corruptable at least in part simply because humans are humans, not robots.
