$20/kg lamb shank! Lol ...... I would hope it's a french trimmed one.

I'm not sure of the cost of a whole lamb right now but they would have to be around $200 each, only two shanks on a lamb so they got 13.20 back from a $200 outlay so far and they would need to turn that lamb into at least $300 just to keep the lights on so it might not be too bad a price.
