A big problem they have in the States ( which has started here as well) and that is there is not a clear definition ( or not enforced) as to State and Federal responsibilities

Where the Democrat states do what they want to do, without any fear of the Federal laws
Where the States actually run the Federal elections

Obviously there needs to be enforceable Federal laws which can't be ignored by the States and also the judicial system must be the same throughout the country in the matters for which the Federal Government is responsible

They also do not have a sheriff or guardian of the Constitution or for the peoples rights, it was in part the legal system but that is now a political arm of the political parties
