    No French cutting on this shank. I read the instruction re removing the white skin but try as I might, it refused to budge. Was that just fat or what? So your Economics knowledge is handy for you to calculate the return the butcher can expect after all costs are accounted for.

    As a knitter, I feel somewhat sad that this little lamb cannot grow wool each year thus adding to its worthiness.
    Knitting wool has recently climbed in price. Possum fur jumpers too. They max out at 40%, the remainder being wool and if it's baby Merino, I expect to pay at least $400 for a small lady like myself.

    I am currently disappointed with my Bendigo yarn as it's got 30% acrylic and the 20% alpaca likely to be poor quality. the remainder wool but not good wool.'
