Yeah dehead, can usually de vein then then butterfly
You could dip in a egg mix before crumbing but I don't bother, crumbs I use below. Into a plastic bag add salt and extra lemon pepper seasoning (Masterfoods is best). Give it a mix/shake then throw the prawns in and give them a mix/shake
Deep fry, I have an electronic thermometer which is handy. Heat the oil to around 185 degrees. I'm using a small saucepan for deep frying so about 6 prawns at a time and they are ready in about 30 seconds
@Margaret63 will be jealous knowing I got 3 x 3kg boxes u20 king prawns for $50 each
